The ActiveQuant team welcomes you on its site
This site offers ActiveQuant, that's an open source software solution for development of quantitatively focused trading solutions, hence it's name. It fits into the round dance of RMetrics, QuantLib and commercial prototyping packages like MetaStock, MetaTrader and the like.
The purpose of this software is to gain market shares (market of automated trading software) and thus to build a market for consultants, software developers, vendors, etc. around it. Noble goals, difficult to accomplish.
